What we collect
Your email address and optional display name when you create an account, and the case details you enter: company, fee type, amount, dates, outcome, amounts recovered, rep names, reference numbers, and your own notes.
What we don't collect
We never ask for your account numbers, card numbers, online banking logins, or Social Security number. Please don't enter them. Card details for Pro are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
How we use it
To generate your scripts and letters, show your dashboard, keep your history synced across devices, and manage your subscription. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
AI processing
If you use a Pro AI feature, the relevant case facts are sent to our AI provider to generate that text. They process it to return the result and it is not used to train public models.
Storage and access
Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level security, so only your signed-in account can read your cases. Guest cases stay in your browser's local storage until you sign up.
Deleting your data
You can delete any case from within the app. To delete your account and everything in it, contact us from the email address on your account and we'll remove it.
Cookies
We use essential storage only — to keep you signed in and remember your local cases. No advertising trackers.
