1. What Late Fee Fighter is
Late Fee Fighter helps you prepare for a conversation with a company about a fee. We generate suggested wording based on the facts you enter. We are not your lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser, and we do not contact companies on your behalf.
2. No guaranteed outcome
Whether a fee is reversed is entirely up to the company. Nothing in this app is a promise, guarantee, or prediction that you will receive a refund or credit.
3. Truthful information only
You agree to enter only truthful information and to use the scripts honestly. Do not use Late Fee Fighter to make false statements, threats, or fraudulent claims. We may suspend accounts used that way.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
5. Plans and billing
The Free plan includes a limited number of fee fights. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Charges already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the case details you enter. You grant us permission to process them to generate scripts, letters, and your dashboard.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or the outcome of any call or letter.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
